Norma Carter
Board President of The Arc of Philadelphia and PDDC
Norma B. Carter, of Burlington Township, NJ, received her BA in History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and her law degree from Rutgers University. She has practiced law at a variety of public corporations including Campbell Soup Company and Tasty Baking Company. She has developed expertise in board governance matters in addition to employment and litigation matters.
Norma and her husband, Peter, have four daughters and two grandchildren.
