Al Brown, EdD
Board Treasurer

Dr. Brown holds a Doctorate degree in Special Education Administration from Syracuse University, and a Master’s degree and Bachelor's Degree in in Special Education from Southern Connecticut State College. Dr. Brown established St. John’s Community Services agency serving Philadelphia and the State of Pennsylvania where he retired as the State Director. He has held Executive Director/CEO positions for the Kensington and Delaware Community Corporation for Individual Dignity in Pennsylvania and Delaware, as well as regional administrating position in New Jersey. He has extensive experience in the Human Services field and he is a Board Director of the Arc of Philadelphia where he serves as Treasurer.
