The Arc of Philadelphia Testifies at Policy Hearing

The Arc of Philadelphia testified at the PA House Democratic Policy Committee hearing yesterday on Special Education in Charter Schools, hosted by the University of the Sciences. Arc representatives included Board Member Cathy Roccia-Meier, Arc Director Nofre Vaquer and Board President Ken Oakes. They are pictured here with Rep.
