Chris Gocong at Holiday Open House
The Eagles linebacker Chris Gocong and his wife Mandy, along with two Eagles cheerleaders and Swoop, the Eagles mascot, helped distribute gifts at The Arc/PDDC Holiday Open House. Pamela Zimlin Baker Esq., of Lower Gwynedd, and Lisa Furey, of Newtown, co-chaired a committee which held a fundraiser and toy donation event at the Ambler Theater. They presented a check for $1300 to Bruce Hulick, of Drexel Hill, executive director of The Arc of Philadelphia and PDDC, along with hundreds of toys and games.
Dwayne Boone presented a portrait he had painted of the Gocongs to them. In return, Chris Gocong surprised Boone with an official Eagles jersey, complete with "Boone" on the back.
